16 Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, YHVH ELOHIYM of your fathers, the ELOHIYM of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:
17 And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey.
Yahweh knows when the time is right. After 200 years of living in Egypt, Yahweh saw the suffering and decided to do something about it.
Many people only think about God yahweh when they suffer.

18 And they shall hearken to thy voice: and thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, YHVH ELOHIYM of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go, we beseech thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to YHVH our ELOHIYM. 19 And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand.
The Hebrews back then did not worship God as Yahweh. Moses had just come to bring his people out of Egypt now that they were being used for hard labor. Many majority societies try to keep other minorities from rising. Such was the case here during the reigns of Horemheb, Rameses I,Seti,Ramese II, and Merneptah.
These Pharaos tried to kill Moses and his people. But somehow they were able to leave Egypt.
The princes are prostrate saying: "Shalom!" Not one of the Nine Bows lifts his head: Tjehenu is vanquished, Khatti at peace, Canaan is captive with all woe. Ashkelon is conquered, Gezer seized, Yanoam made nonexistent; Israel is wasted, bare of seed,Khor is become a widow for Egypt. All who roamed have been subdued. By the King of Upper and Lower Egypt, Banere-meramun, Son of Re, Merneptah, Content with Maat, Given life like Re every day.
This is an event not found in the Bible. But it makes sense why the Israelites were not able to secure Canaan at an earlier time.
Yahweh let me know through my family, or even in my dreams about my descendants.
Exodus 5:15: Then the foremen of the people of Israel came and cried to Pharaoh, "Why do you deal thus with your servants? 16: No straw is given to your servants, yet they say to us, `Make bricks!' And behold, your servants are beaten; but the fault is in your own people." 17: But he said, "You are idle, you are idle; therefore you say, `Let us go and sacrifice to Yahweh.' 18: Go now, and work; for no straw shall be given you, yet you shall deliver the same number of bricks." 19: The foremen of the people of Israel saw that they were in evil plight, when they said, "You shall by no means lessen your daily number of bricks." 20: They met Moses and Aaron, who were waiting for them, as they came forth from Pharaoh; 21: and they said to them, "Yahweh look upon you and judge, because you have made us offensive in the sight of Pharaoh and his servants, and have put a sword in their hand to kill us." 22: Then Moses turned again to Yahweh and said, "Yahweh, why hast thou done evil to this people? Why didst thou ever send me? 23: For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in thy name, he has done evil to this people, and thou hast not delivered thy people at all."
People are always afraid to speak up in the name of Yahweh. They fear something worse might happen to them.
Here, even Pharaoh makes it known to the Israelites that he, not Yahweh deserves their respect.
This Pharaoh defeated them later. He is the the famous www.touregypt.net/featurestories/merenptah.htmMerneptah or Merenptah. But he did not last long in the throne. He died after a short rule.He ruled from 1213 and 1203 BC? If 1198 was a Jubilee if one believes 2 Kings, then this reign began in 1247 BC.
Merenptah (also hetep-her-maat, and commonly also called Merneptah) was the king's birth name, meaning "Beloved of Ptah, Joyous is Truth). His throne name was Ba-en-re Mery-netjeru, which means "The Soul of Re, Beloved of the Gods". Merenptah was probably the fourth child of Ramesses II's second principle wife, Istnofret (Isisnofret). He was married to queens Istnofret (Isisnofret), who must have surely been his sister, and possibly a queen Takhat. His son was Seti-Merenptah, who probably ascended the throne sometime after his father as Seti II. However, Seti II's reign may have been initially usurped by a Amenmesse who may have been a son of Takhat, though Takhat's marriage to Merenptah is far from certain.
Merenptah is almost completely unknown until the 40th year of Ramesses II's reign. In fact he may have been heir to the throne of Egypt for about twelve years prior to Ramesses II's death, but in Ramesses II's year 40, we known the prince was made General of the Army. Perhaps it is not surprising that what we know of Merenptah's rule is mostly about his military activities. However, he appears not to have become the heir to the throne until Ramesses II's 55th regnal year, when Ramesses II was celebrating his 80th birthday, and Merenptah his 48th
He moved the capital from Ramesse (Pi Ramesses) to Memphis.
6 Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am YHVH, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:
7 And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a ELOHIYM: and ye shall know that I am YHVH your ELOHIYM, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
Yahweh has chosen those who wish to follow him to be his people.
It's all about choice. Many in our times have chosen not to believe.
Slavery in our times is different. We have become slaves to modern technolgy and luxuries.

Exodus 6:30 And Moses said before YHVH, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh hearken unto me?
Israelites circumcise their skin, but here Moses speaks of the lips. This means the person is not holy or feels is not good enough to spread the message of God Yahweh. Maybe all of us have felt this way at any time.

August 7,2017 May Yahweh give me the strength to continue. It has been 17 years since I had the first dram in July 23,2000. That same year I dreamed him again and experienced for the first time his light. while praying in the garage. I had lit a candle and to my surprise I felt a strong wind ansd an intense light. The wind pushed me back while the light was strong enough for me not to open my eyes. I felt a peace inside despite the fact I was sacred at first.
